Adam Churchman wins a prize at MicroTAS 2016 conference

We are delighted to announce that Adam Churchman, a 3rd year PhD student in the Molecular and Nanoscale Physics group has been awarded the Lab on a Chip Widmer Poster Prize at MicroTAS 2016, an international conference with over 1000 delegates on the recent advancements in microfluidics and lab-on-a-chip technology with his microbubble poster 'Forming oil layer inside microbubbles through single step microfluidics, towards hydrophobic drug delivery'.

Adam and his poster, one of over 700 at the conference, were selected for judging and he went on to win the prestigious honour for the best presented poster of the conference.
